Yo so befo' mi come in here, I put on de pounds, I wuz feelin' sorry for mi'self and eatin' a lot, but dis place really got mi focused on what I want out of mi life, and I been workin' out errday, today I finally see results... but Mama H made sure mi still kep' dese muh'fuckin' luh-handles... *grins* Thanks fo' dat mama H.
